- International Shipping: We provide international shipping to selected countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. The estimated delivery time for international shipping is 10-15 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. The estimated delivery time for expedited shipping is 2-3 business days.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track the status of your order through the provided tracking link.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
SiteProCraft is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges will not be refunded.
5. Damages and Lost Items
SiteProCraft is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
